Jumeirah Golf

Jumeirah Golf is destined to become a very familiar term over the next few years for anyone who takes an interest in the game. Jumeirah itself is a coastal region of Dubai, and is widely regarded to be one of the most exclusive areas in the emirate. As far as golf fans are concerned, it is best known for Jumeirah Golf Estates, which is the home of the Race to Dubai.

Jumeirah Golf Estates is a breathtaking development that was conceived and executed by a company called Leisurecorp, which in turn describes itself as “a boutique luxury sports and leisure business, focusing on identifying, acquiring and developing premium lifestyle destinations.” It comprises four golf courses that have been designed by the likes of Greg Norman, Sergio Garcia and Vijay Singh, and serves as the European Tour international headquarters.

As well as the above, Jumeirah Golf Estates has been conceived as a residential area, with thirteen planned communities that will, according to Leisurecorp, be the luxury home to more than one thousand families.
